libcmrt1 software package provides C bindings for Intel Media Runtime, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcmrt1
libcmrt1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcmrt1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcmrt1 *
You will get with libcmrt1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
